Hello, I’m Lauren Jarreau, a Mental Health Therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging and transformative seasons. My background includes hospital systems, community mental health, and private practice, where I’ve worked with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

I believe every person’s journey is unique, and meaningful therapy should be both thoughtful and individualized. At the core of my work is creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, and Strengths-Based interventions to help you understand your patterns, build effective coping tools, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I became a therapist from a deep sense that God called me to this profession - to walk alongside others in their struggles and remind them they are never alone. I offer Christian Counseling for those who wish to integrate their faith into the therapeutic process, and it has been deeply meaningful to witness the healing that can occur when faith and mental health intersect.

My hope in working together is for you to feel empowered and fully aligned with the life you are creating.

Renate Braddy, LPC-MHSP

Renate Braddy has served as a mental health provider for Franklin County Tennessee since 2019, obtaining her LPC-MHSP in 2022. Before that, her professional background is eclectic but always focused on people and making their lives better. Renate started her professional career with the USAF in 1992 and has been everything from a small business consultant, project manager, buyer, school cafeteria employee…and the list goes on. It is from these varied experiences that she can create the rapport necessary for healing. Renate’s husband of 23 years, Eddie is her biggest cheerleader, along with their 22-year-old son and 20-year-old daughter.

I know the vulnerability it takes to open up to a stranger. I appreciate your trust and I hope you will discover a safe place with me. Let's work together on your goals and your challenges. You know you best! My role is to help you cope better and hurt less, thus thrive more.

My main therapy format is Telehealth but, if you're near the Franklin County Tennessee area I have an office available.

My beginning mental health focus was around facilitating stronger families. This interest grew to encompass those struggling with Sobriety (groups and individual sessions), Justice Involvement, Trauma, Grief, Unhealthy Relationships, Divorce, PTSD, Neurodivergence, LGBTQ, Anxiety disorders, Depression etc.

Walking alone with these is so heavy.

I am primarily a Solution Focused Therapist, but I use my Christian faith, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and several other modalities to help you reach your goals. Therapy is not passive, it is active. Be ready to stretch mentally and be prepared to practice your tools outside of our sessions so we can best find what works.

My favorite part of being a licensed counselor is creating safety for my clients. If you are feeling that what you are carrying is hard, need tools to navigate heart break or are interested in support to become a stronger and more confident individual, I would like to support you as we work on your goals.

Hi! I am Paige Lowe. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, with a specialty in mental health. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with minors in Women and Gender Studies and Neuroscience, from the University of the South. I also hold a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Middle Tennessee State University.

My goal as a counselor is to improve quality of life and help alleviate emotional pain. I am passionate about helping people navigate difficult seasons while fostering a space for growth and healing. I work with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, trauma, and life stressors.

Outside of my work, I enjoy reading, gardening, spending time with family, and working on my farm. I love animals and care for several, including dogs, horses, and chickens. I also incorporate equine-assisted therapy into my work, offering a unique, hands-on approach to healing.

Modalities include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused CBT, Wellness Recovery Action Planning, and Equine Assisted Psychoeducation.
